CONDITIONS OF HIRE
The hirer accepts full responsibility for all claims regarding damage to person or property while delivering, collecting, or on-site.
Skips dropped on public highways are at the hirer’s own risk.
No container must be overloaded or loaded dangerously beyond skip size; charges will apply for fire and vandal damage.
Wasted journeys are chargeable. Rental charges apply after 14 days for non-account customers and 90 days for account customers.
Any plasterboard must be bagged separately from other waste streams as advised by the Environment Agency.
CHARGABLE ITEMS
Fridges/freezers, tyres, carpet, upholstery, plasterboard, and anything deemed hazardous will incur additional charges. Enclosed skips are required for disposing of asbestos.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
Asbestos (separate skip required), batteries, oil, paint, and fluorescent tubes are strictly prohibited.

REFUND POLICY
Our policy lasts for 14 days on hired goods. We can offer a refund or exchange if all goods are unused and in the same condition as received.

When you order a product or make an online purchase, all customer data is protected. Card payments are entered on a secure page and transferred using SSL or another technology. TERMS OF SERVICE

MARKETING
By accepting our terms & conditions, we can send you occasional offers/promotions. If you do not wish to receive these, you need to opt-out.
DELIVERY
Delivery charges may apply to some areas outside our normal delivery areas or under certain values. We aim to deliver on the day required, subject to availability and stock. We will contact the customer if unavailable for the next convenient delivery. Standard delivery times are between 24 and 48 hours from the date of order.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You have a 14-day cooling-off period from making an order. However, if your order has already been dispatched, you will be charged for that order or any void journeys incurred. Faulty or damaged goods will either be replaced or refunded, subject to providing us with 14 days’ notice in writing.
